After my car crash I was in a bad way with headaches and pain throughout my back and neck. Maylands Physiotherapy worked with great care and sensitivity to help me get better. The treatment was very much hands-on which I wanted. They made a big difference to my pain and steadily rehabilitated my back with exercises at home, in pilates at their clinic and with a supervised gym programme that I could carry on myself. It is wonderful to be back in control of how I feel.
