Getting in and out of the car put your bottom in first.
Getting in and out of the car put your bottom in first when getting in then bring in your legs (one at a time or together) and when getting out put both feet on the ground before standing up. This also reduces repetitive stress/asymmetric load on the lower back.
When standing, distribute your weight 50/50.
When standing, distribute your weight 50/50 between your two feet ie make sure your not shifting more weight onto one leg than the other. Over time this also puts uneven load through your pelvis and lower back and can result in pain and dysfunction.
